The plugin registers this integration only when WPForms is detected.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Create the WPForms form and fields that should provide data to the workflow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configure the trigger<\/h2>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open <strong>Agent Workflows<\/strong> and edit the workflow.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Add the <strong>WPForms Submitted<\/strong> trigger node.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Optionally enter a value in <strong>Form ID (optional \u2014 leave empty for all forms)<\/strong>. Leave it blank to accept processed submissions from any WPForms form.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Connect the trigger to the next node and map the submitted values using the variable picker.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Save the workflow and test with a controlled form submission. Inspect the payload and confirm the mapped fields before activating it for normal use.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Understand the trigger data<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The payload includes <code>source<\/code> (<code>wpforms<\/code>), <code>event<\/code> (<code>form_submitted<\/code>), <code>form_id<\/code>, <code>form_title<\/code>, <code>entry_id<\/code>, a <code>fields<\/code> object keyed by field ID, and a <code>fields_by_label<\/code> object keyed by field name. Array field values are converted to comma-separated text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Filter by form<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The trigger listens to WPForms&#8217; <code>wpforms_process_complete<\/code> hook. If you enter a form ID, submissions from other forms are ignored. Leave the setting blank only when the workflow should respond to all processed WPForms submissions.
