The implementation listens to WooCommerce&#8217;s order-created and checkout hooks and deduplicates the same order ID across those hooks.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Restore Order:<\/strong> starts when an order status changes from the trash state.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Order Status Set to Pending<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Order Status Set to Failed<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Order Status Set to On-hold<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Order Status Set to Processing<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Order Status Set to Completed<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Order Status Set to Refunded<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Order Status Set to Cancelled<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Order Status Changed:<\/strong> starts when an order status changes to any value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configure an order trigger<\/h2>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Confirm that WooCommerce is active.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Open <strong>Agent Workflows<\/strong> and edit the workflow.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Add the WooCommerce trigger that matches the event you need. These catalog triggers do not have additional configuration fields in the inspected implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Connect the trigger to the next node and map the order fields required for the task.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Save the workflow and test with a controlled order or status change in a suitable test environment. Review the resulting payload before activation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order data available to later nodes<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The payload includes <code>source<\/code> (<code>woocommerce<\/code>), <code>event<\/code>, <code>order_id<\/code>, and <code>id<\/code>. When the order object is available, the payload can also include order status, currency, totals, dates, customer ID, billing and shipping details, payment method, customer note, coupon codes, and line items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Choose only the data you need<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Order payloads can contain personal information such as billing email, phone number, and address. Map only the fields required by downstream actions and consider where those values will be sent or stored.
