Smart Form Builder by Dragwyb includes templates for contact forms, business requests, marketing lead generation, and product feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Open and browse the template library<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Open the form editor and click the folder-plus icon labelled <strong>Open Template Library<\/strong> in the header.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>In <strong>Form Template Library<\/strong>, choose a category: <strong>All Templates<\/strong>, <strong>Contact Forms<\/strong>, <strong>Business Request<\/strong>, <strong>Marketing Lead Gen<\/strong>, or <strong>Product Feedback<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Use the search box to search by template name, description, or keyword. The library also provides a filter for <strong>All Templates<\/strong> or <strong>Popular<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Click the preview control to inspect a larger preview before inserting the template.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Choose a built-in template<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The installed package contains these template choices:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>Contact Forms:<\/strong> Simple Contact Form, Detailed Customer Inquiry, and Job Application Intake.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Business Request:<\/strong> Vendor Registration Form, Purchase Order Request, and Travel &amp; Expense Claim.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Marketing Lead Gen:<\/strong> Newsletter Subscription Form, Free E-Book Access, and Webinar Seat Registration.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Product Feedback:<\/strong> Product Experience Rating, Website Experience Rating, and Support Agent Performance.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Insert a template safely<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you are ready, click <strong>Insert Template<\/strong> on the template card. The editor asks you to confirm because inserting a template replaces the current form fields and can discard unsaved changes. If you have already built or edited the form, save your work first or cancel and make a backup before continuing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Confirm the insertion warning only when you are ready to replace the current canvas.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Review the inserted field order, labels, placeholders, required states, and any conditional or step configuration.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Review the form&#8217;s name, notifications, and submission-related settings rather than assuming the template already matches your workflow.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Use the editor&#8217;s <strong>Frontend Preview<\/strong> and submit a test entry.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong> in the editor header to save the customized form.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Template library limitations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The library loads the templates bundled with the installed plugin package. This feature is a starting point for building a form; the template should still be reviewed and customized for your site, audience, and submission process.
