It is not a general retention timer for every kind of plugin data. It deletes old form submission rows only when <strong>Retain Form Entries When Cleaning Tracking Data<\/strong> is disabled. The routine runs through a daily WordPress Cron event, so execution depends on WordPress Cron running on the site.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Choose and verify a policy<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Choose a period that matches your business needs and privacy policy. Before disabling entry retention, confirm that deleting older leads or submissions is acceptable and that you have any required exports or backups. After saving, verify the setting in the admin screen.
