The view shows overall progress and a results list with status details for each translation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Follow translation progress<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>For Chrome Built-in AI, keep this browser tab or window open while translation runs. Server-side providers continue processing in the background, so you can close the modal or navigate away and return to check progress.<\/li><li>Review the overall status and progress indicators, including completed and pending work.<\/li><li>Check the results list for each source post and target language. Read the status and any displayed error details.<\/li><li>When a translation is completed or already exists, use the available <strong>View<\/strong> or <strong>Edit<\/strong> link to inspect the target post.<\/li><li>Review the translated content and confirm the expected language relationship before publishing or relying on the result.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Understand job statuses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Queued \/ Pending:<\/strong> The job is waiting to be processed.<\/li><li><strong>Running:<\/strong> TranslateSense is processing the job.<\/li><li><strong>Completed:<\/strong> The translation job finished successfully. Review the resulting post.<\/li><li><strong>Already Exists:<\/strong> TranslateSense found an existing translation for the selected source post and target language.<\/li><li><strong>Failed:<\/strong> The job encountered an error. Inspect the available error details before trying again.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If progress stalls or a job fails<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>For server-side providers, check that WordPress scheduled processing can run in your hosting environment. See <a href=\"\/docs\/ai-automatic-translation-addon-for-polylang\/check-wordpress-cron-translation-jobs\/\">Check WordPress Cron for Translation Jobs<\/a>.<\/li><li>If jobs remain pending, follow <a href=\"\/docs\/ai-automatic-translation-addon-for-polylang\/why-bulk-translation-pending\/\">Why is a bulk translation still pending?<\/a>.<\/li><li>If the batch stops or reports failures, follow <a href=\"\/docs\/ai-automatic-translation-addon-for-polylang\/why-bulk-translation-stopped\/\">Why did a bulk translation stop?<\/a> and review provider configuration, supported languages, permissions, and any available error message.<\/li><li>Correct the underlying issue before starting another run. Use a smaller batch when isolating a problem, and avoid starting a duplicate batch while the same source-language jobs are still active.<\/li><li>After completion, review the result using <a href=\"\/docs\/ai-automatic-translation-addon-for-polylang\/verify-translation-quality\/\">Verify Translation Quality<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Server-side job status is refreshed by the progress interface while processing continues.
