Dragwyb Click to Chat can add Facebook Messenger as a contact option in the floating channel widget. The channel registry uses a Facebook Page ID to build the Messenger destination link, so confirm that you enter the identifier for the intended Page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Configure Facebook Messenger<\/h2>\n

  1. In WordPress, open Dashboard \u2192 Click to Chat \u2192 Settings \u2192 1. General<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. In the Social Channels Widget<\/strong> module, select Configure Channels & Layout<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. In the channel configuration area, enable Facebook Messenger<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Enter the intended value in the Facebook Page ID<\/strong> field. The plugin builds a Messenger URL using the https:\/\/m.me\/<\/code> pattern and the value you supply.<\/li>\n
  5. Review the channel\u2019s available settings, then select Save Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Test the destination<\/h2>\n

    Open a frontend page where the widget is configured to appear and select the Messenger channel. Confirm that the link opens the intended Page or Messenger destination. If it does not, recheck the Page ID and ensure the channel is enabled and the widget is allowed on that page and device.<\/p>\n
