Dragwyb Click to Chat can add a Telegram contact option to the floating widget. The channel registry expects a Telegram username and builds a destination using the https:\/\/t.me\/<\/code> URL pattern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Configure Telegram<\/h2>\n

  1. Open Dashboard \u2192 Click to Chat \u2192 Settings \u2192 1. General<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. In the Social Channels Widget<\/strong> module, select Configure Channels & Layout<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Under Choose Your Channels<\/strong>, enable Telegram<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. In Channel Configuration<\/strong>, enter the intended username in the Telegram Username<\/strong> field. Confirm the username belongs to the destination you want visitors to reach.<\/li>\n
  5. If you want a popup instead of an immediate redirect, enable Enable Channel Chat Popup Widget<\/strong> for Telegram and review the Default Greeting Message<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Select Save Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Test the Telegram destination<\/h2>\n

    Open a page where the widget should appear and select Telegram. Verify that the link opens the intended Telegram account. If you enabled the popup option, test the popup and its message as well. If the channel does not appear, check the channel toggle and the widget\u2019s page and device visibility rules.<\/p>\n
