- Brand Colors: Use the built-in color pickers to match the floating icon and chat window background to your brand's primary colors.
- Widget Placement: Choose whether the widget anchors to the bottom-left or bottom-right of the screen. You can adjust the pixel offset.
- Attention Delay: Set an initial load delay (e.g., 3 seconds) or scroll percentage trigger so the chat widget pops up right when the user is most engaged.
3. How to Utilize
- 24/7 Automated Support: Train the AI chatbot to answer your most common FAQs, reducing the burden on your live support team and answering questions instantly.
- High-Touch Sales: For complex service inquiries, encourage users to use the WhatsApp or Telegram redirect links so your sales team can close deals directly on their phones.
- Device Targeting: Use the visibility settings to only show the "Click to Call" button on mobile devices, while leaving the AI chatbot visible on desktop.
