All WordPress plugins produced by Dragwyb are released under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2.0 or later. This means our software is open source, and you have the freedom to use, modify, and distribute the software as permitted by the GPL.

2. 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our engineering. If you experience technical issues with our plugins that our support team cannot resolve, or if you feel the product does not work as advertised, we offer a full 15-day money-back guarantee.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the original purchase date.
• We kindly ask that you allow our support team an opportunity to resolve any technical issues before requesting a refund.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
• Upon receiving a refund, your license key will be deactivated, and you must cease using the premium features of the software.

3. Support & Updates

Purchasing a premium plugin license grants you access to updates and technical support for one (1) year from the date of purchase. After one year, you must renew your license to continue receiving updates and priority support.

• Updates: We regularly release updates to ensure compatibility with the latest versions of WordPress, React, and PHP, as well as to patch security vulnerabilities and add new features.
• Support: Support covers setup instructions, bug fixes, and general inquiries regarding plugin functionality. It does not cover deep-level custom PHP modifications or fixing third-party plugin conflicts that are out of our control.

4. Software Delivery

After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email containing your download link and license key. You can also access your purchases and manage your license keys at any time by logging into your Dragwyb account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Dragwyb or its developers be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, or website downtime. You install and use our software at your own discretion and risk.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website and products after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
