Terms of Service
Last updated: October 19, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Dragwyb website, WordPress plugins, product documentation, demos, and support services (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the relevant Service.
1. Using Dragwyb Services
You may use the Services for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms that apply to the relevant product. You are responsible for the websites, content, accounts, and systems you manage, including ensuring that you have permission to make changes to them.
2. Products and Documentation
Dragwyb develops WordPress tools, including plugins for chat and customer support, form building, translation, and website functionality. Features, compatibility, requirements, and availability may vary by product and version. Documentation is provided to help you configure and use products, but it may not cover every hosting environment or third-party configuration.
3. Installation and Website Responsibility
Before installing, updating, or configuring a plugin, you should confirm compatibility with your WordPress, PHP, theme, and plugin environment. Maintain current backups and test significant changes in a staging environment where practical. You are responsible for maintaining your website, controlling administrator access, and reviewing changes before deploying them to a production site.
4. Purchases, Licenses, and Updates
Where a product is sold or licensed, its product page, checkout details, applicable license terms, and order confirmation govern the purchase and any included access to updates or support. License duration, site activations, renewal terms, and available features may differ by product or plan. Nothing on this page replaces product-specific terms provided at purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Services to violate law or others’ rights, interfere with website security or availability, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or misuse support channels. You must not bypass applicable license restrictions or misrepresent your authorization to use a product.
6. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Terms
Dragwyb names, branding, website content, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Software may include components distributed under open-source licenses. If an open-source license applies to a component, that license governs the component and takes precedence where required. Product-specific license terms govern other applicable rights.
7. Support
Support is provided through the Support Portal. To help us investigate an issue, include the product name, version, relevant error details, and steps to reproduce the problem where possible. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or private credentials. Response times may vary depending on the nature of the request and the support entitlement for the product.
8. Third-Party Services
Some products may work with WordPress, themes, plugins, hosting providers, APIs, or other services operated by third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Dragwyb does not control their availability, changes, or independent practices.
9. Availability and Disclaimers
We work to keep the Services useful and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every environment, or that every issue can be resolved. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. These Terms do not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dragwyb is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. You should maintain backups and use appropriate testing procedures before making changes to a live website.
11. Suspension and Changes
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, address abuse, comply with law, or respond to a material breach of these Terms. We may also update or discontinue features as products evolve. We will update this page when these Terms change; the revised date will appear above.
12. Applicable Law and Contact
These Terms are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. For questions about the Services, purchases, or these Terms, contact us through the Dragwyb Support Portal.
