Manage Workflow Connections
Review, update, and maintain existing workflow connections.
The Connections manager stores reusable credentials and lets authorized users review, edit, or remove them. Saved secret values are encrypted at rest and masked in the edit screen. The page does not provide a universal manual test button for every connection type.
Open and review connections
Open Agent Workflows → Connections in the WordPress dashboard.
Review the list columns: Label, Integration, Authentication, Status, and Created.
Use the integration filter when you need to narrow the list, or select a connection’s label to open its edit screen.

Edit a connection or rotate a secret
Open the connection you want to update.
Change the Label if needed.
For a credential field, the form displays a masked value when one is already saved. Enter a new value only when you want to replace it.
Leave a credential field blank to keep its current value. The form does not use a blank field to erase a saved credential.
Click Save Connection. If you rotate credentials for an integration the plugin can verify, the save process checks the new credential and updates the status accordingly.

Delete a connection
To remove one connection, open its edit screen and use the Delete Connection control. You can also select rows in the Connections list and use its bulk Delete action. Deletion is permanent. Any workflow action that references the deleted connection will no longer be able to retrieve its credentials.
Understand connection status and access
The built-in verifier checks supported Telegram, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets connection identifiers during relevant save operations. Other identifiers can be saved without a live credential check.
For OAuth 2 connections, use the Google account status and Connect with Google control on the edit screen. Reconnect if the Google authorization needs to be restored.
Access to the Connections manager requires the plugin’s connection-management capability. Creating a connection inline from the builder is separately permission-checked for users who can manage workflows or connections.
For initial setup and authentication-type requirements, see Create a Workflow Connection.
