Check Workflow Automate Requirements

Verify the declared WordPress and PHP requirements.

Check Workflow Automate requirements before installing or troubleshooting AI Agent Workflows by Dragwyb. The plugin requires WordPress 5.8 or later and PHP 7.4 or later.

Requirements

  • WordPress: version 5.8 or later.
  • PHP: version 7.4 or later.
  • Tested up to: WordPress 7.1, as listed in the version 0.1.3 readme. This is a tested-version declaration, not the minimum requirement.
  • Workflow Editor: the distributed ZIP includes the compiled editor assets. You do not need to run npm commands when installing that package.

Check your site’s versions

  1. In WordPress admin, open Tools → Site Health → Info.
  2. Check the WordPress version shown in your dashboard.
  3. In Site Health information, find the server details and check the PHP version.
  4. Compare both versions with the minimum requirements above. If either is too old, ask your hosting provider or site administrator to update it.

If the Workflow Editor does not open

  • Confirm that the plugin is active in Plugins → Installed Plugins.
  • If you installed the release ZIP, verify that the package uploaded and installed successfully.
  • If you installed from a source checkout, follow the repository instructions to install dependencies and build the editor assets.
  • Review the WordPress notice and server logs for the reported error.

When the requirements are met and the editor opens, read the AI Agent Workflows Overview before configuring triggers and actions.
