The Elementor Pro form trigger, labeled Elementor Form Submitted, starts a workflow when a classic Elementor Pro form is submitted. You can select a particular form or leave the filter empty to listen to all matching forms.

Requirements
- Elementor Pro must be active. Classic Elementor form widgets are part of Elementor Pro, and the trigger is not registered without it.
- Create and publish an Elementor page containing the form you want to use.
Configure the trigger
- Open Agent Workflows and edit the workflow.
- Add the Elementor Form Submitted trigger node.
- Use the Form (optional — leave empty for all forms) selector to choose a form, or leave it set to All forms to accept submissions from any matching form.
- Connect the trigger to the next node. Use the variable picker to map the form values needed downstream.
- Save the workflow and test with a controlled form submission. Check the captured fields before using them in a live action.
Available trigger data
The payload contains source (elementor), event (form_submitted), form_name, form_id, form_post_id, and a fields object keyed by the form field IDs. Array values are converted to comma-separated text.
How form filtering works
The integration listens to Elementor Pro’s elementor_pro/forms/new_record hook. When a form is selected, the trigger compares its ID with the submitted record. If no form is selected, the workflow can respond to all matching Elementor Pro form submissions. The editor’s sample payload helps with variable mapping; test an actual form submission separately.
