If choosing a preset does not visibly change the flipbox, verify that the preset was selected on the correct widget and that the saved frontend reflects the editor settings. The Select Preset control applies a set of widget settings, so it can replace styling values you have already customized.
Apply the preset again
- Open Elementor Editor and select the affected Ultimate Flipbox, Post Flipbox, or Story Flipbox widget.
- Open the widget’s content or layout settings and locate Select Preset.
- Choose the intended preset. The plugin includes Default, Simple, Bold, and Clean options.
- Allow the editor controls to update, then review the card in the editor preview.
- Click Update and inspect the published frontend to confirm the selected styling is saved.
If the preset still does not apply
- Reopen the editor and confirm you selected the preset on the intended widget rather than a different flipbox on the page.
- Reload the editor and try selecting the preset again. If the control does not respond, check the browser’s developer console and the editor’s network requests for JavaScript or preset-loading errors.
- Confirm the installed plugin version is current. The plugin changelog records a preset-style fix in version 2.0.7; the reviewed ZIP identifies version 2.1.7.
- After the preset applies, recheck your custom styling because selecting a preset can overwrite existing settings. Reapply any needed custom values and click Update.
