Install Flipbox Addon for Elementor

Install Flipbox Addon for Elementor from the WordPress plugin directory or upload its ZIP, then activate it and confirm Elementor is available.

Install Flipbox Addon for Elementor before looking for its widgets. You can install it from the WordPress plugin directory or upload the plugin ZIP from a trusted source.

Option 1: Install from the plugin directory

  1. Sign in to your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Open Plugins → Add New Plugin.
  3. Search for Flipbox Addon for Elementor.
  4. Confirm the plugin name, then select Install Now.
  5. When WordPress finishes installing it, select Activate.

Option 2: Upload the plugin ZIP

  1. Download the Flipbox Addon for Elementor ZIP from its official distribution.
  2. In WordPress, open Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin.
  3. Select Choose File and pick the plugin ZIP from your computer.
  4. Select Install Now and wait for WordPress to finish.
  5. Select Activate Plugin.

Confirm Elementor is active

  1. Open Plugins → Installed Plugins.
  2. Find Elementor. If it is installed but inactive, select Activate. If it is missing, install and activate Elementor before continuing.
  3. Find Flipbox Addon for Elementor and confirm it is active. The plugin source checks whether Elementor’s elementor/elementor.php plugin path is active and displays an admin notice when it is not.

Open the widget in Elementor

  1. Go to Pages → All Pages and edit a page, or create one from Pages → Add New.
  2. Select Edit with Elementor.
  3. Search the widget panel for Ultimate Flipbox, Post Flipbox, or Story Flipbox.

If installation does not work

  • If WordPress rejects the ZIP, confirm you selected the plugin ZIP itself and check the upload limit reported by your host.
  • If the widgets are missing, confirm both Elementor and Flipbox Addon for Elementor are active, then reload the editor.
  • If activation shows an error, record the exact message and installed versions before changing server settings.
