If a flipbox does not respond when clicked, first check which interaction event is configured and whether the selected animation is behaving as expected.
Check the interaction setting
- Open Elementor Editor and select the affected flipbox widget.
- In the widget’s content settings, check the event control. The Ultimate Flipbox uses Event Type; Post Flipbox and Story Flipbox use Animation Event.
- Review the available event values. The controls provide Default and Click; choose Click when you want click-based interaction.
- Check Animation Type and confirm the widget is not set to None if you expect an animation.
- Click Update, then test the saved page on the frontend. Test one widget first to isolate the issue.
If clicking still does not work
Compare the editor preview with the published page and check whether the problem affects one widget or every flipbox on the page. If it began after an update or occurs only when multiple widgets are present, confirm that the installed plugin version is current and retest after saving the page. Source inspection alone cannot determine whether another plugin, theme script, or page-specific JavaScript is interfering.
