Control Widget Visibility

Control where the Dragwyb Click to Chat widget appears, set desktop and mobile visibility, and configure a 0–60 second display delay.

Dragwyb Click to Chat provides site-scope, device, and timing controls for the floating channel widget. You can show it across public content or limit it to selected public post types, turn desktop or mobile display on or off, and delay its appearance after a page loads.

Open Triggers & Targeting

  1. Go to Dashboard → Click to Chat → Settings → 1. General.
  2. In the Social Channels Widget module, select Configure Channels & Layout.
  3. Open the 3. Triggers & Targeting tab in the channel builder.

Choose where the widget appears

Under Display Rules & Site Scope, choose one of these options:

  • All Pages (Site-Wide): show the widget across public pages and posts.
  • Specific Post Types Only: choose the public post types on which the widget is allowed to appear. The attachment post type is excluded from the selector.

Control desktop, mobile, and timing

  • Show on Desktop: enable or disable widget display on desktop and laptop screens.
  • Show on Mobile Devices: enable or disable widget display on mobile devices.
  • Delay Duration (Seconds): choose a delay from 0 to 60 seconds. A value of 0 means the widget can appear immediately.

Individual channels also have desktop and mobile targeting controls in the 1. Select Channels tab. Review those channel-level options if the main widget appears but a particular contact channel is missing on one device.

Save and verify

Select Save Changes in the channel builder. Visit a page within the selected scope and test on the relevant device. If the widget does not appear, check the global Social Channels Widget module, the page-type rule, device switches, channel enablement, and the configured delay.

For placement and launcher size, see Set the Floating Widget Position and Set the Chat Window Size. For the complete setup, see Floating Widget and Social Channels.
