This article’s existing title refers to “Chat Window Size,” but the inspected Dragwyb Click to Chat 1.2.0 settings expose a Widget Launcher Size control for the round floating button. The inspected customization screen does not expose a separate width or height setting for the channel popup itself, so the steps below document the available launcher control rather than promising a popup resize feature.
Open the launcher size setting
- Go to Dashboard → Click to Chat → Settings → 1. General.
- In the Social Channels Widget module, select Configure Channels & Layout.
- Open the 2. Customization tab.
- Find Widget Launcher Size.
Set the launcher diameter
Enter a numeric size and choose a unit. The control has a minimum value of 10 and defaults to 60 when no saved value is present. Supported units are:
- px: pixels.
- rem: relative to the root font size.
- em: relative to the applicable font size.
- %: percentage units.
The setting applies the chosen value to both the launcher’s width and height, keeping it round. If the button looks too small or too large, adjust this value and check the live preview in the channel builder.
Save and check the result
Select Save Changes, then review the preview and the frontend at the sizes where visitors use your site. The available launcher-size setting should not be confused with a dedicated chat-popup width or height control; no separate popup dimension control was found in the inspected version.
For placement, see Set the Floating Widget Position. For responsive display rules, see Control Widget Visibility, or return to Floating Widget and Social Channels.
