Start here to install Dragwyb Click to Chat, complete the initial setup, and choose which parts of the plugin your website needs. The plugin groups its main functionality into three modules: the social channels widget, the AI assistant, and the support center. You can enable the modules that fit your workflow instead of configuring every feature at once.
Choose the setup task you need
- Install Click to Chat — add and activate the plugin in WordPress.
- Run the Click to Chat Setup Wizard — follow the initial configuration flow for the features you plan to use.
- Enable a Click to Chat Module — turn on a module you need.
- Disable an Unused Click to Chat Module — turn off functionality your site does not use.
- Click to Chat Feature Overview — understand how the main modules differ before configuring them.
Where module settings are managed
In WordPress admin, open Click to Chat → Settings → General to review the module controls. The plugin readme identifies Social Channels, AI Assistant, and Support Center as independently managed modules. Disabling a module is intended to stop its related assets from loading, so check the relevant visitor-facing workflow after changing the setting.
Screenshot to add: Replace the empty image above with a screenshot from WordPress admin showing Click to Chat → Settings → General and the Social Channels, AI Assistant, and Support Center module controls. Keep the module names and toggle states readable.
Configure only what your site needs
If you only need contact buttons, begin with Social Channels. If you want visitors to ask questions using your site content, configure the AI Assistant and its knowledge base. If your team handles customer requests, review the Support Center and its ticketing workflows. You can work through the relevant guides in this section and configure additional modules later.
Before making the configuration live, test the enabled features on your site and confirm that the visitor-facing widget, chatbot, or support workflow behaves as expected.
